"Excellent in every way. Ihsan's estimate was well below the others received. It was not even close. And we did not sacrifice anything by going with him. To the contrary. He had the windows within a week of when we signed the contract. Other companies said it would take 6-8 weeks. Ihsan had them within 7 days. Other companies gave us a strong sales pitch or were not responsive to our subsequent questions. Ihsan never pressured us and was very generous with his time by visiting our home numerous times before making a final decision to ensure we were comfortable with our decision. He also was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. Moreover, unlike what other companies said they would do, Ihsan did the installation work with his hired employee. He took ownership and pride in his workmanship and ensured that we were 100% satisfied before proceeding. When unforeseen extra work was necessary, he checked with us first before doing anything. We felt very comfortable with Ihsan and would recommend him to anyone. He takes pride in his work and does not overcharge. You can trust him.
